मैं एक Sales, Business Development और Strategic Management professional हूँ और Automobile Industry में लगभग 17 वर्षों का rich professional experience रखता हूँ। वर्तमान में मैं Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, भारत के सबसे प्रतिष्ठित एवं विश्व स्तर पर अग्रणी Automobile Brands में से एक, के साथ कार्यरत हूँ।
मेरे professional journey का प्रमुख हिस्सा Sales & Business Development, Strategic Network Management, Dealer Development, Channel Management, Business Transformation और Growth Strategy से जुड़ा रहा है। Sales में मेरा अनुभव केवल business targets तक सीमित नहीं रहा, बल्कि market development, customer understanding, channel partner growth, dealer profitability, network expansion और sustainable business growth पर केंद्रित रहा है।
लगभग 17 वर्षों के अपने career में मैंने sales growth को drive करने, मजबूत dealer ecosystems बनाने, नए business opportunities विकसित करने और strategic initiatives को ground level पर execute करने का अनुभव प्राप्त किया है। मेरा मानना है कि sustainable success के लिए strong relationships, customer-centric thinking, disciplined execution और continuous learning सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हैं।
